The road from Beddgelert to the Farm was full of Audi’s (well one in fact) Had to shuttle people to the meeting in our 4×4.
This morning I woke up to blue skies. Popped over to National Trust Penrhyn Castle and then turned to the mountains to see big moody clouds. Got to the mountains and it looked like a tsunami had hit. But I have never experienced anything like it before. Deep blue skies, the rivers were boiling with fury and roads flooded. I was meeting the team from Seven Wye Energy agency to investigate a possible partnership. The rest of the day was a hydro tour of N Wales in glorious weather. More to come on this. (as I usually say!)
I had to in fact borrow a 4×4 because all roads leading to the farm were flooded with the occasional car stranded in the middle of it. But the skies were blue?
Up in the north we’ve had some beautiful weather, it’s almost hard to believe how ugly it’s been for so much of the country!
